No one under the age of fourteen (14) is allowed to play billiards in the billiards room. An adult must accompany persons between fourteen (14) and twenty-one (21).
Sitting or leaning on billiards tables is prohibited unless in the activity of playing.
When tables are fully occupied and others are waiting, playing time is limited to one hour.
